The Spark in Speedway, Indiana has been one of my favorite coffee shops since I have moved here. I have always lived on the west side and this is one of the easier local coffee shops to get to for me. Their coffee always hits the spot and they have some really impressive pastries and breakfast sandwiches.
You can't miss their large mural on the side of the building. They have plenty of seating for a coffee date with a friend. I am always on the go so it is also such an easy spot to hop into and grab a drink (free parking).
This May they are bringing their coffee shop ON THE ROAD. That's right - they have a mobile coffee trailer right in Speedway. Make sure to find them and tag me on Instagram when you get your coffee!
I love when a coffee shops continues to innovate and try the next thing. This coffee trailer is offering fantastic and fast drinks. Make sure to stop by and show them some support this season!
